Legendary Pokémon

Legendary Pokémon are Pokémon that are the rarest of all. The story of the world in Pokémon is that the two legendary Pokémon Mew and Arceus created the world and third life form was a Bulbasaur that was first named Fushigidane. But the Pokémon Mewtwo was not started by Mew and Arceus but was created by humans along with Bulbasaurtwo, Charmandertwo, and Squirtletwo. Here is a list of all the legendary Pokémon. Mew is the rarest legendary Pokémon. Mew can only be obtained by interacting with Nintendo or Game Freak with a Pokémon Red Version or Pokémon Blue Version game.Or if you were in Japan you could do it with those two versions AND with Pokémon Green Version as a little treat for the Japanese. The other way was to get Mew by getting him as a Mystery Gift in Pokémon HeartGold Version and Pokémon SoulSilver Version. The final way is to hack the game or use a Pokésav. Blackfog, Dialka, Ghost Rayquaza, Mewthree, Zapmolcuno, Bigglypuff, Alacolossal, and Gigantgar are eight legendaries that are barely known by know by anyone. Zapmolcuno is a combined Pokémon of Zapdos (the Zap part), Moltres (the mol part) and Articuno (the cuno part). Ghost Rayquaza is a combined Pokémon of Mismagius and Rayquaza. Mewthree only appeared in the manga ONCE. There was a rumor that when Mega Mewtwo Y didn't have a name, they called it "Mewthree" but Mewthree was a Pokémon that was in the manga Pokémon Adventures when Red encountered Mewtwo he sent out Clefairy and then Clefairy changed into Mewthree. The only way to change Red's Mewthree back to Red's Clefairy is by defeating Mewtwo. Dialka is a combined Pokémon of Dialga and Palkia. Bigglypuff, Alacolossal, and Gigantgar are three legendaries that appeared in the anime once. Bigglypuff resembles a giant Jigglypuff, Alacolossal resembles a giant Alakazam, and Gigantgar resembles a giant Gengar. In the episode, there was a Jigglypuff which turned out to be Bigglypuff in disguise. Then Bigglypuff fought Alacolossal and Gigantgar. Many people thought that Mew and Mewtwo were in a duo called the legendary "DNA Duo" or "Mew Duo" but however, this was proved false. It is proved that Mew and Mewtwo are both loner* legendaries even though they sometimes travel together. There was a fake rumor trio called the "Event Trio" with the mythical legendaries Keldeo, Meloetta, and Genesect. But there was no so called "Event Trio" and was proved false. It was proved that Keldeo was a Sword of Justice and Genesect and Meloetta were both loners*. Arceus some people thing is AR-SEE-US but was just pronounced wrong at an E3. The real pronunciation was proved AR-KEY-US. The two Pokémon in the Sea Prince Duo, Manaphy and Phione, people fought over if they were just regular rare Pokémon, or legendary Pokémon. People fought over this for years but, again, it was proved that they were LEGENDARIES,  and not just regular Pokémon, because let's face it. It they weren't legendaries then they wouldn't be a duo.  The Futuristic Trio Pokémon and the Mega Eon Duo Pokémon are not yet possible to get and probably will be in XY Ver. 1.3 or 1.4.

Rotom

Rotom is an extremely strong and rare Pokémon and you can only get one in some versions and when you find a Rotom it plays the legendary music. However, it is NO LONGER a legendary. Rotom USED to be a legendary, but it lost its legendary status in Generation 5. It is no longer counted as a legendary for it was only counted as a legendary in Generation 4.

Arcanine

Arcanine's  Pokémon species is the Legendary Pokémon, but it is not a legendary whatsoever. But there IS a reason that its species is the Legendary Pokémon. A long time ago, when Satoshi Tajiri first imagined Pokémon, he imagined six legendaries. The legendaries were Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Mewtwo, Mew, and Arcanine. The pre-evolved form of Arcanine, Growlithe, did not exist then in the minds. But the people who worked on Pokémon Red Version and Pokémon Green Version thought that six was too hard for kids to remember. Kids are mostly used to remembering and seeing the number five over and over again. So Tajiri's vision of six was scraped, and five was confirmed.

Wailord

Some people used to think as Wailord as a legendary because of PKMN TCG. In the PKMN TCG, Wailord used to be the highest HP. It has 200 HP. It it not the highest card HP number anymore, because M Blastiose EX and M Venusaur EX overrun Wailord's HP. M Blastiose EX has 220 HP and M Venusaur EX has 230 HP. Some other TCG cards overrun THESE as well, but Wailord used to be the highest TCG HP number. Ones that are higher that M Blastoise EX and M Venusaur EX are PKMN cards such as Shadow Lugia, Zoroark AND THE LEGENDARY POKEMON, ect.

Carbink

Carbink is sometimes thought of as a mythical legendary because Diancie is a mutation of Carbink. But however, Carbink serves no purpose as a mythical legendary, for it is weaker than any legendary (excluding Phione) and is a common  Pokémon in ice caves in XY. No excuses, Carbink serves no purpose as a mythical legendary, whatsoever.

Eevee

When Pokémon first came out, people thought Eevee was a legendary because it had three evolutions. But this was a ridiculous theory however, because Pokémon can't be legendaries if they are an evolved form or can evolve.

Ghost

Ghost is a  dead Pokémon's ghost and can be caught in Lavender Town but serves no purpose as a legendary, even though Ghost was sometimes thought of as one. It serves no purpose as a legendary, for it is a common Pokémon.

Lucario

When Pokémon: Lucario and the Mystery of Mew was released, before DP, came out, Lucario was thought to be a legendary Pokémon, but when DP came out, it was said that Lucario was the evolved form of Riolu, and was not a legendary.

Zorua

In Pokémon: Zoroark Master of Illusions, a Zorua was in a movie before BW. People just thought that Zoroark was a mutated version of Zorua, but when BW came out, it was confirmed that Zoroark was the evolved version of Zorua and neither one of them (them=Zorua and Zoroark) were legendaries.

Zoroark

In Pokémon: Zoroark Master of Illusions, a Zoroark was in a movie before BW. People just thought that Zoroark was a mutated version of Zorua, but when BW came out, it was confirmed that Zoroark was the evolved version of Zorua and neither one of them (them=Zorua and Zoroark) were legendaries.
