Mewthree was a legendary that appeared once in the Pokémon Adventures manga. When Red encountered Mewtwo in Pokémon Adventures he sent out Red's Clefairy then Clefairy turned into Mewthree. The only way to make Mewthree to turn back into Red's Clefairy is to DEFEAT Mewtwo.
