Meloetta is a Mythical Legendary Pokemon introduced in the two versions Pokemon Black Version 2 and Pokemon White Version 2. The only way to get her was to get a Mystery Gift on Pokemon Black Version 2 or Pokemon White Version 2 that expired March 24, 2013. Team Rocket's Meowth has a crush on her. Meloetta never appeared in any anime movies, but made many appearances in the Pokemon anime TV series Pokemon BW: Rival Destinies. Meloetta also made an appearance in the anime Pokemon short movie for the movie Pokemon: The Movie - Kyurem vs. the Sword of Justice called Meloetta's Moonlight Serenade. If you saw Pokemon: The Movie - Kyurem vs. the Sword of Justice on Cartoon Network you're probably thinking, "No! I saw it on Cartoon Network and there was no what you say, moonlight serenade!" Let me explain. Meloetta's Moonlight Serenade was the short movie for the movie Pokemon: The Movie - Kyurem vs. the Sword of Justice in theaters in Japan. But when it was aired on Cartoon Network they did not play Meloetta's Moonlight Serenade. But later Nintendo dubbed Meloetta's Moonlight Serenade to English and put it on the Pokemon website for 20 days. When Meloetta uses Relic Song, she changes her form. Meloetta was only seen a couple times using Relic Song in the anime.
